Serengeti: East African court slams Tanzania

The East African Court of Justice has torpedoed Tanzanian Government plan to the suit seeking to stop construction of 800km road across Serengeti National Park. Justice John Mkwawa delivered the much awaited EAC Court judgment that dismissed Tanzanian's government objections to the application filed by Africa Network for Animal Welfare (Anaw).
